Delivery Policy for Online Lessons

At Qurat Quran Academy, once a student completes the sign-up process, a dedicated representative will contact you to schedule a free initial consultation. During this consultation, we will finalize your lesson timetable based on:

• Your availability
• Your selected learning plan
• The time slots offered by our tutors

Once agreed, your lessons will be scheduled on a recurring weekly basis.

Platform Requirements

All lessons are conducted online via Zoom Cloud Meetings. You must ensure that you have:

• A stable internet connection
• A working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
• The Zoom application (free to download)

We are not responsible for missed classes due to technical issues on your end.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Online Quran Classes

1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund if:

• You request cancellation within 14 calendar days of order confirmation
• Your first scheduled class has not yet occurred

2. After Course Commencement or 14-Day Period

• No automatic refunds will be issued
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion
• Completed Zoom sessions are non-refundable

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel after billing, your access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds for unused time.

4. Missed or Cancelled Classes

• Missed classes without notice are non-refundable
• Lesson credits may be granted in emergencies, valid for 3 months
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

5. Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Qurat Quran Academy cancels your plan or discontinues a course, a full refund will be provided for any unused prepaid lessons.
